Kohls

Located in the affluent suburb of Burke, Virginia, the now highly successful Kohl property had been a former Hechinger Home Center. Roadside purchased the property out of bankruptcy in 2001 and expanded its footprint and rezoned the site to a higher density. Roadside then entered into a 40-year lease with Kohls. Since its opening, the project has yielded tremendous returns for its investors.
