Purcellville Gateway

Roadside Development presents a new grocery-anchored, mixed-use project located in Purcellville, Virginia in fast growing Loudoun County.  With its history being tied to agriculture, this mixed-use development is being modeled after an old farm plantation. In keeping with the historic nature of the development, the existing farm house, barn and silo will be relocated and restored to become new exciting retail uses.

Purcelliville Gateway is an approximate $31M development at the intersection of Business Route 7 (Main Street) and Route 287 (Berlin Turnpike).  Construction is slated to begin in late Spring 2010 with a Winter 2011 opening.

This 110,000-square foot development is situated on 16 acres of the original Cole Farm and will feature a 53,407-square foot Harris Teeter grocery store, 3,682-square foot Sun Trust Bank branch with drive thru, full service and fast casual restaurants and other retail shop spaces totaling 31,000 square feet.  Future phases of Purcellville Gateway will be comprised of a 22,000-square foot, 2-level office building and six (6) single family homes.
